Amanda Smith
Born and raised in Maine, Amanda attended Bonny Eagle High School and graduated as Secretary with Honors in the class of 2003. In 2008, she graduated from Husson University with her Masters Degree in Business, along with a minor in Mathematics. She happened upon real estate by chance. While she was finishing college, she worked 2 "industry related jobs" through a temp agency. One was the Assessor's Office in Falmouth, ME and the other was with Mortgage Network processing post closing packages. It was through that same temp agency that she was offered a post graduate position at Olympus Asset Management which went from temporary to permanent. It was there that she started to realize she was good at real estate and reading contracts. She quickly became an Asset Manager with her own portfolio of bank-owned properties to manage. For 7 years, she learned all she could about facilitating the sale of foreclosures all while building relationships with bank clients and real estate agents nationally and earning another Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Through her work on foreclosed properties, she gained a wealth of knowledge regarding real estate contracts and processes. In 2015, Amanda joined Keller Williams Realty after realizing that real estate was her passion. She feels passionate about giving every person she comes into contact with 120%. After 10 years in Real Estate, she is a licensed agent and has found her niche providing behind the scenes support to team members and clients to get to the closing table while making your next real estate experience the best ever!
