Tim was raised in Medway, ME with 3 siblings. As a child, Tim had aspirations of being an Accountant. Never in a million years did he think he'd stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life.


As the years went by, Tim worked his way from the restaurant industry to a Store Director at JCrew, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move.


Tim got into the real estate industry 2 years ago when he was helping a friend look for a home. Tim knew he'd be able to use his skills in sales and negotiations to better serve his friend and fell in love with the real estate industry.


As his career advanced, Tim found his stride working with buyers and sellers in the Cumberland and York Counties. Coupled with his education and experience, he's an expert in negotiations, price guidance, and the local market conditions.


Tim lives in Westbrook, ME with his rescue dog Tommy. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, gardening, hiking, kayaking, and taking random road trips with Tommy throughout the beautiful state, taking in all that Maine has to offer.


Tim aims to provide the highest level of service to his clients and takes deep pride in helping them achieve their real estate goals.
